Why can't you just set a new password?

Well, to protect your information. When your account is created in the Discover Boating B2B system, your password is automatically encrypted and nobody has direct access to it. If you forget your password, the only way to re-enable your access to the site is to create a new one.

In order to make sure that you are the rightful owner of the account and no one else can reset your password, we send you an email with very simple instructions on how to reset your password. The password will not be reset until the process indicated in that email is completed.
